Vegan Crab Cakes on a bed of Rainbow Chard

I cooked this meal in my Lodge Cast Iron Skillet. I Seasoned the Vegan Crab Cakes with Old Bay Seasoning and cooked 3.33 minutes per side on med low heat. Then I removed them from the skillet and stir fried a slightly thawed bag of EARTHBOUND FARM FROZEN ORGANIC RAINBOW CHARD BLEND & I added one green onion and a few splashes of pepper sauce. It was delicious. Even better than the vegan shrimp that I recently tried.
