Mango Ice-Cream

This is the first ice-cream that I have made that turned out as hoped! I don’t know why I added the pink peppercorn but I like the subtle flavor it added 😊

2 Mangos
4 C Coconut Milk
1/2 C Raw Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp Himalayan Pink Salk
A Few Grinds of Pink Peppercorn
20 minutes in the Cuisinart Ice-Cream Maker
