Salsa Topped Grit Rounds

I took a tube of San Gennaro Grits and sliced it into rounds. Then topped with a mixture of 1 cup salsa, 3/4 cup Daiya Pepperjack & 1 tsp of smoked cumin. Baked 30 min on 375

After trying them I believe that the grit rounds would also be a good base for mini pizzas
