Green Curry Vegetables with Mixed Rice

1 Tbs Thai Kitchen Green Curry Paste
1 Can Thai Kitchen Lite Coconut Milk
2 Tbs Curry Powder
1/2 Bunch Asparagus
1 small Broccoli Crown
2 Green Onions
4 Mini Peppers of various color
1 C Lundberg Wild Blend Rice
1 C Jasmine Rice

Mix the rice together and cook according to directions. Stir fry the veggies. Add curry powder & paste and blend well. Add coconut milk & cook a few minutes to blend favors & thicken just a bit. Serve over rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
