Spinach Artichoke Dip

This recipe was a big hit. Didn’t last long. I should have made a double batch.

Spinach Artichoke Dip
1 bag frozen spinach
7 artichokes from a jar
2 oz juice from artichoke jar
2/3 pkg Daiya Mozzarella shreds
3 tbs vegan chicken broth powder or 1/2 cube not chicken bullion
2 Tbs nutritional yeast

Heat spinach & drain excessive liquid if there is any. Chop artichokes & add to spinach along with the artichoke juice. Mix in dry broth powder & cheese. If cheese doesn’t melt, microwave 30 seconds. Stir well. Mix in nutritional yeast. Stir well and serve with homemade tortilla chips or veggies.
