Vegetable Black Lentil Pie

Gluten free Vegan dough- I used a store bought pizza dough.
1 Small Zucchini
1 Baking Potato
2 Stalks Celery
3 Green Onions
8 oz Mushrooms
1 C Butternut Squash
1/2 C Black Lentils
1/4 C Nutritional Yeast
3 C Vegetable Broth

Cook lentils in 1 C broth. Add remaining ingredients except nutritional yeast and cook 10 min. Add nutritional yeast and simmer a few min until mixture thickens a bit. Place in individual crocks and top with dough. Allow dough to rise for 10 min. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
