Breakfast Quinoa

1 C Quinoa
1 Can Pears
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Orange jest or dried orange peal
1/4 C Pecans
1/4 Craisins
1/2 C Almond Milk

Cook the quinoa in the juice from the pears & enough water to equal 1 1/3 C liquid. Add the spices as the liquid comes to a boil. After the quinoa has cooked pour in almond milk which can be heated if desired. Top with pears, crasins & pecans.
