1 Gluten Free Vegan Pizza Crust
1/2 C sliced Portabella Mushrooms
1 Kumato Sliced
1/2 C Daiya Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 C Daiya Pepperjack Cheese
1 Clove Garlic
1/4 C Nutritional Yeast
1 Sprig Fresh Basil
2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/8 C Pepitas

Add the following to a small mixing bowl. Finely Chopped Basil, Pressed clove of garlic, Pepitas, Nutritional Yeast & oil. Mix into a kind of paste. Spread on crust. Top with the Kumato, mushrooms & cheese. Bake @ 400 for 10 min. Do not over cook or crust will burn.
