Butternut Squash Kale Soup

This week I made a scrumptious soup of butternut squash, kale, fire roasted tomatoes & black beans. At this point of reheating it a little overcooked but still delicious.

Butternut Squash Kale Soup
Serves: 3
Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
2 cups, cubes Squash, winter, butternut, raw
3 cups, chopped Kale, raw
1 14.5 oz Fire Roasted Tomatoes
1 15 oz Black Beans
1-1/2 tsp, whole Spices, cumin seed
1 tbsp Spices, paprika

Instructions
Mix all ingredients & simmer 30 minutes
Grind the cumin in a mortar & pestle
